Here we are at the end of Week Two! It's gone by pretty fast actually! So I weighed myself this morning before work...and....145!! So I lost two pounds last week and am still below my target! YAY!
Here's how I did for the week:
Workouts: 3.11 = B
Diet: 2.99 = B
That's better than last week!! But I'm gonna have to kick it up a notch soon if I wanna start losing those pesky inches that are left.
