Alright, here is the moment of truth...so this morning I stepped on the scale hoping to have accomplished my two pound goal......and I did! And then some!! So my goal for this Monday was 148 and I weighed in at 147! YAY! Three pound loss still within healthy range. So really this coming week I have to lose and keep off just one more pound to keep on track for next Monday's weigh-in. I think that's easily within reach. These are the "easy pounds" that my body doesn't really mind getting rid of...basically what I put on in the past two months since Thoroughly Modern Millie closed and Eben and I were eating crappy and basically hibernating. The last ten will be the real tough ones.
And here is my average grade for the week:
Fitness: GPA = 2.667 = B-
Diet: GPA= 2.722 = B-
