Week one, days two and three...

Day two was kind of a free day....didn't work out but I did hang out with my good friend Tom and we went to a really yummy and classy restaurant (yummy and classy, my two favorite things!) So, though I tried to keep my portions small, the food was real rich. I had probably the best french onion soup ever created, and a mini (and I do mean mini) pizza. And half a bottle of wine. So I indulged a little but definitely within reason! I'll give myself an F for working out, and a C for eating, ha!!

Day three...did 40 minutes of running (day three training). Weights after work. I am using a program that Eben worked up for me which consists of two circuits of various exercises and I am doing anywhere from 25-40 reps. Plus crunches, push ups, and stuff on the ball. As of right now, I am getting pretty maxed out using the five pound weights at 25-30 reps. 50 crunches were pretty easy, and I can crank out about 15 push-ups (girly style) fast in a row. That's a solid A for the day :)

As for eating, I did pretty well...I give myself a B+ for the day. It's hard when you go to work and some days there is just dead food sitting there begging you to eat it, or we have tastings before shift...I did eat a bit but I just counted it as my dinner :)
