Week Six Results!!
My goal for this Monday was 138.....This morning I stepped on the scale and was at 137.5! So I'm still on track despite last week's plateau. My workout tally is right on track as well, with 4 cardio workouts, 4 resistance workouts, and 3 sessions of pilates/yoga. It's hard to believe I'm only 7.5 lbs away from my goal! I am glad that I have six weeks to go though, because I have a feeling things might get a little hairy the next two weeks with the holidays, and I might have a hard time keeping the schedule I have made for myself with work starting to get crazy and having to work more/longer shifts. I just have to remember to keep that balance, and that taking time off and time to fit in my workouts is my first priority!
